Cycling on a national road can be very pleasant...
...if the national road is the 'old' road and has a brand-new, excellent highway just next to it. After our arrival with the ferry in Patras we really enjoyed the cycling to Corinth as the "old national road" proved to be quite flat and mostly calm. Moreover it was quite warm and we had feasible tail wind during the two days. Together with the scenery - deep blue sea and snow-covered mountains - we were almost in the cycling paradise....and even did more than 100 km, our record so far in one day.
